Studs & Denim

Lately I have been having the oddest dreams. I don't know if it ties in with being cold at night, or eating an apple before bed each night? Either way, each dream gets more vivid than the last. In one, I had to chase a car down while trying to put my shoes on at the same time. In another, I owned a chocolate shop (that one probably had to do with my obsession over the Chocolate Shop Frenzy app. lol...)

I love trying to analyze what dreams mean. What do you guys dream about each night?

i love the raglan over the denim top. such a good idea. you look amazing here erika.

i had crazy dreams last night too. i think it had everything to do with watching my csi season 9 dvds...
i can't really remember what they wre about anymore though. funny how you loose them so quickly after you wake up. i also read that most dreams only last i few minutes but when you wake up it feels like you were in them for hours.

I love dreams too. I've had a reoccurring dream before. In the dream I'm trying to get some where in a hurry, but I can never find my shoes. Maybe I'm trying to tell myself that I don't have enough shoes in my closet, and I need to buy more. =)

that denim shirt looks awesome under a sweater, must try.

i always dream about whatever i'm going to do during the next day/week - everything either goes horribly wrong or so amazingly that reality never compares haha. like when i dreamt i baked 12 varieties of intricate halloween cupcakes.

Hi dear! Two weeks ago I had the craziest dreams and each dream would get progressively more realistic! Of course I can't remember any of them! Love the black and blue combo here, esp. loving the denim shirt under the raglan! xo, Mel

First of all, your outfit is super cute, I love it! Also, my dreams are super weird. I've dreamed that I was sitting in a chair eating Cheetos and not doing anything else. I've also had dreams with my ex boyfriends jumping at me and me beating them up haha.

I usually have weird dreams too if I eat junk food late at night. but an apple? sheesh. weird.

I love those shoes a lot. Gosh its november and you are still wearing anti- winter clothes :-) lucky you.

I would love to have a dream about a chocolate shop!

I have really strange dreams, more like nightmares a lot of the time. Often running from something I can't see or from oncoming zombies. I also have dreams where I shapeshift into animals, usually a cat.

First of all, I simply ADORE your wedges. They are soooo much fun!

And unfortunately I mostly have nightmares - and really vivid ones. But the other day I had the funniest dream. I was back in school with my best friend and we were successfully cheating on a test haha

Louis Duke said...

Who photographs you?

Christen said...

Glad it made you laugh. I definitely laughed when I woke up and realized it was all a dream. And we passed with flying colors lol

Isabelle said...

The saddest thing in life is not to dream, and that is my sad song. I dont dream. I sleep and I wake but no dreams come. Hence I have to daydream yet those are never as delicious as the legitimate ones I should think. They're the poor girl's Chloe.

I have night terrors. So you don't wanna know what I dream about. haha.

love the studded shoes and your hair is amazing. i'm trying to grow mine and although it is long, it is not long enough! how long did it take to get it like that/what do you do to care for it?

and the whole dream thing really is fascinating. i always have such interesting, vivid dreams and am really good remembering them. i have a dream journal where i write them down and dream dictionaries to analyze them. it is so fun. you should try it!

I love your look, it's so beautifully put together...In response to your question, I wish I had dreams I remember but I don't. Very very rarely I'll wake up with a scene partially occuring in my dream (usually based around my innermost thoughts) but I never seem to have finished dreams!

You take layering to a whole new level. Love the wedges and the bracelet. The bag is also great... Why is it that we can remember dreams when we wake up but they seem to disappear soon after?

Odd dreams are fun, no? As long as they are not nightmares... Do any aspects of your everyday life appear in them? I'm not an expert but I don't think it has got anything to do with your habits. But you shouldn't be cold! That's bad :(
My dreams often have something to do with my everyday life- today I had the weirdest dream, I remember fragments of it but when I try to put them into words, they slip away. I only remember dreaming about something I was going to do today. :)

Sweet dreams!

Way cute! Love the layering over the denim shirt. So did you catch the car? I imagine that must have been hard to catch the car while trying to put on your shoes. :) I rarely remember my dreams and when I do remember bits and pieces of them, when they all add up, none of it makes any real sense. :)
